Governing Board
The Palo Verde Board of Trustees consists of five Palo Verde community members elected to this position by public vote. This board assists the district in planning, budgeting, and implementing school programs. 

Board Of Trustee Meetings
The presiding officer or a majority of the board members may call special meetings of the board at any time. The officer or board members shall post this notice at least 24 hours before the meeting in a location freely accessible to the public.
