  • Privacy Protections:

    Schools cannot collect any information about a student's citizenship or immigration status.

  • No Enrollment Barriers:

    No Social Security number or immigration documents are required to enroll in school.

  • Restricted Access for Agents:

    Federal immigration officers are prohibited from entering non-public school areas without a valid judicial warrant.

  • Information Sharing:

    School personnel cannot share student or family information with immigration enforcement unless presented with a judicial warrant or court order.
