City Manager Marc Mondell, in conjunction with the Leadership Counsel, will hold an informational meeting targeting Matheny Tract residents.
Topic: Potential business park-inland port project along with possible annexation of Matheny into Tulare city limits. The meeting will provide residents an opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
