Palo Verde Union Elementary School District is participating in the Children & Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) to help students access counseling and wellness services more quickly, at no cost to families. Using the QR code on the flyer/ or link, you can complete the consent to treat, consent to bill, and provide insurance information.
